The hotel's restaurant welcomes you every day in Chamonix for dinner and offers traditional quality cuisine and typical Savoy dishes. With family or friends, come and discover our gastronomy in the center of Chamonix and share a convivial moment while enjoying a view of the Mont Blanc massif.
Our restaurant is open from 7:00 pm to 9:15 pm, every evening to hotel residents and outside guests.
The menu changes regularly according to the season.

The bar also welcomes you for a sweet or savory break. Ideal when coming back from skiing or hiking.

The Chef Nicolas Cegretin
Born in Reunion Island, Nicolas Cegretin inherited his father's love of cooking at a very young age. After his BTH and his diploma from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française at the Gregoire Ferrandi school, Nicolas consolidated his cooking skills with renowned chefs: Jean Louis Nomicos, Jean Pierre Vigato and Philippe Labbé.
Born in Reunion Island, Nicolas Cegretin inherited his father's love of cooking at a very young age. After his BTH and his diploma from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française at the Gregoire Ferrand school, Nicolas consolidated his cooking skills with renowned chefs: Jean Louis Nomicos, Jean Pierre Vigago and Philippe Labé.
Enriched by several experiences in Paris at the luxury French brasserie Apicius & Marius, in Marrakech at the palace La Mamounia and in the Philippines at the prestigious Raffles Residence, Nicolas Cegretin opened a signature restaurant and was awarded the title "20 best restaurant in the Philippines" only one year later.
With his partner, whom he met on the shores of Lake Annecy, he continues his journey in Quebec at the Fairmont Hotel in Mont Tremblant. With the desire to return home and put to good use all his travels, his technique and his love of local products, he joins the Rivage adventure and offers you, today, a colorful cuisine.
